Police Department Staff

The City of Payne Springs Police Department has a few new officers and verterans on staff.   If you are unhappy with any of our officers prefomance you are free to fill out a "Officer Complaint Form" and return it to City Hall during office hours Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm.  A copy will go to the Chief and the Mayor.  Proper measures will be taken in this matter.

 

If you are needing to "Speak to an Officer" you will need to fill out the form and return to City Hall or email to one of the emails below on the form.  If during business hours.  If after hours please see below.

 

If you need to speak with an officer after hours, and it is not an emergency you will need to call our NON Emergency dispatch number at 903-887-7151 x1 and ask for a Payne Springs Police Officer.  They will get your information and get intouch with an Officer.  If you have a specific Officer please let them know from the contacts below.

If there is an EMERGENCY call 9-1-1.
